Colorful HR approached Today’s Agency because they wanted great results and they knew we could do the job. In their brief, they were very clear about what they wanted: to increase the number of leads and, of course, the rate at which those leads became customers.
During our initial discussions with Colorful HR, we developed a personalized strategy according to their precise needs and objectives. We also carried out an internal audit, with all the PPC specialists participating. We analyzed the account and the website, but also the competition.
Because the account had some historical data, the account statistics were analyzed in detail, as well as the website. We wanted to improve the user experience from the moment potential customers interacted with the ad until they became a Colorful HR client.
We came up with a multi-level approach in which we enabled: search campaigns, remarketing campaigns and display campaigns, all designed to capture prospects through different strategies using different types of audiences.
We also set up Facebook and Instagram campaigns in order to be as present as possible on social media. An important role was played by our remarketing campaign on Facebook, which retargeted all the traffic coming from all sources.
We achieved 257,459 unique users and 14,904,178 impressions on Google. Month after month, the campaigns generated results, with our client appreciating that we were constantly optimizing our technique. By the end of the year, when creating the annual report, we found a 223% increase in terms of unique visitors on the website and a 100% increase in conversions thanks to paid campaigns.
Our most successful project was the Brand campaign, where we managed to get the best results at the best cost per lead. Every month the campaign generated at least 80 conversions with a CPA of €2, with an impressive conversion rate of over 10%!
There are always challenges in every account, but with Colorful HR, the main challenge was to accurately filter audiences interested in HR services in order to reach the target viewers. Another challenge was caused by the fact that when changes were made to the company’s website, we had to analyze and redo the tracking. Throughout the process, frequent client communication was enjoyed, mainly via email, with monthly reports and new strategies being discussed periodically in meetings.
As always, with this client, there was close collaboration, in order to achieve the best possible results. We saw once again just how important client communication is, as is understanding exactly what it is that our client offers. After just one year of collaboration, our client was extremely satisfied with the results, as were we, as they once again demonstrated our team’s skill & know-how.
