FRK Service started working with Today’s Agency when the owners realised that in order to have a constant number of cars in service and grow the business, it’s very important to have online campaigns.
Initially, FRK Service management filled out a debriefing document, which allowed us to understand the differentiators from the competition, the target audience demographics and how often customers return. The next step was to extract important data from the supplied client Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts. With his information, we established that there are two main types of customers:
At the same time, we noticed that there were very specific searches, including a multitude of engine types, cars & model codes. This is why we included in our strategy DKI ads to generate quality traffic at low costs. Once we were aware of the high number of searches that included model codes mentioned above, we decided to create DKI ads in order to have a higher CTR for a smaller bid.
The information taken from Google Ads and Google Analytics played a very important role in helping us make this decision. DKI ads reach more specific and longer searches, meaning they brought a lot of relevant traffic at a low cost.
The main challenge was to start the campaign with a small budget and find the best strategy for the business to grow. We managed to do this, through the introduction of DKI in ads but also through internal audits made periodically by the whole PPC team.
Subsequently, we implemented campaigns on other platforms e.g. GDN campaigns, video and remarketing campaigns, which had excellent conversion rates. When there are specific searches, which also contain product codes, there should always be DKI ads in each Google campaign.
We place high importance on understanding how potential customers look for the promoted service or product, so that we can create super-relevant ads. This is why DKI ads were most successful for this account. In just three months, we generated 85 leads with a CPA less than €20 and a conversion rate of over 10%!

We find out things like who their customers are, their habits and what places they frequent, as well as how they look for the product/service we’re promoting, the differentiators and what things displease the customers of our client’s competitors.
At the outset, collaboration is extensive, but over time we just have regular meetings with our clients. It all depends on what our client wants.
After a series of optimisations, we managed to generate a large number of conversions at a very good CPA, and now the campaigns use an automatic bidding method, leading to an accelerated increase in conversions.
This can be seen in the increased CTR of almost 18% of the search campaign, but also in the evolution of registered conversions. In just three months, the number of conversions quadrupled. Fantastic results from Today’s Agency again and another satisfied long-term customer.
