How was the strategy formed

When Colorful HR came to Today’s Agency we had a discussion with the client and developed a personalized strategy according to its needs and objectives. We also had an internal audit and all the PPC specialists participated. We analyzed the account, the website but also the competition. 

Were strategic decisions made based on your experience and expertise, competitive research, etc.?

Because we had an account with some history, the account statistics were analyzed in detail, as well as the website. We wanted to improve the user experience from the moment he interacts with the ad until he becomes a Colorful HR client. 

What project(s) were launched as part of the strategy?

We thought of a multi-level approach and we enabled: search campaigns, remarketing campaigns and display campaigns, designed to capture prospects through different strategies using different types of audience.

We also enabled Facebook and Instagram campaigns, in order to be as present as possible on social media. An important role was played by the remarketing campaign on Facebook, which retargeted all the traffic coming from all sources.

In 2019 we obtained a traffic of 257,459 users and a number of 14,904,178 impressions on Google.

Month after month the campaigns started to generate results and our client appreciated that the campaigns were constantly optimized. At the end of 2019, when we wrote the annual report, we found a 223% increase in terms of unique visitors on the website and 100% increase in conversions thanks to paid campaigns.

What was the most successful project?

The most successful project was the Brand campaign, where we managed to get the best results at the best cost per lead.

Were there any unexpected issues that you overcame?

There are challenges in each account but if we look at Colorful HR, the main challenge was to filter very well the audience interested in HR services and to reach the target audience.

Another challenge was when changes were made to the company’s website and we had to analyze and redo the tracking between platforms and  website.

Did you refine the strategy to improve results?

Campaigns are constantly monitored and frequent adjustments are made based on results. 

How did you and the client work together?

The communication is frequent with this client, mainly on email. Monthly reports and new strategies are periodically discussed in meetings.

Was there a lot of collaboration or was the client more hands-off?

From this point of view there is a close collaboration, we are constantly discussing, so that we can reach together the best results. 

What did you learn during the engagement?

During this engagement we saw one again how important it is the communication with our client because together we reached great results. It is also important for the client to know very well the service or product which he provides. 

Any takeaways?

After one year of collaboration our client was very satisfied with the results. The results confirmed the work and involvement of the team.
