Melarox is a company that sells home appliances and IT equipment, with over 17 years of experience in e-commerce. They have over 1 million products on their website, but the leads and sales it generated were not at the level they wanted them to be.

The Requirements: To Increase Leads & Conversions for the Lowest Possible Cost

The primary reason Melarox approached us was to achieve their goal of increasing the number of leads their website was created at the lowest possible cost.

The Challenge: Over 1 Million Website Products

The biggest hurdle to overcome was the large number of products (1mil), compared to the daily budget allocated by the customer in their campaigns. Through a well-thought-out strategy, we managed to obtain good results in several product segments: household appliances, beauty products, PC hardware, etc.

Our Solution: Highly Targeted, Sales-Oriented Campaigns

We chose options for sales-oriented campaigns, such as shopping or dynamic campaigns, highlighting the products.

We are talking about an online store with more than 1 million products, so we had to filter all the categories and focus more on the profitable products taking into account the campaign budgets we had. We divided the product categories and optimised the campaigns differently depending on the type of product.

The Results: Just Under 5,000 Google Conversions in Year 1

The shopping campaign (in which we got over 90 conversions in the last period) had an important role, as did the brand campaign via which we obtained very good results at a very good cost per conversion. We generated 4,931 conversions in Google of which 10% had less than €5 Cost Per Acquisition in year 1.

The brand campaign was the most profitable, where we got very good results at low costs.
We also had great results with Facebook campaigns that targeted audiences interested in the products.

A continuous optimization of the campaigns led to these results, as we constantly monitored campaigns and made quick decisions to reach where we wanted. 

Communication with the client was frequent with ongoing discussion regarding the evolution of campaigns and future strategies recommendations. The client was always receptive to our proposals and was always quick to send us all the materials we needed.
